150-160 days. This is a selection from Imperial Condor, targeted specifically for the processing market, where chokes are harvested at 2 to 2.5 inches in diameter. Chokes remain thornless, are oblong, glossy green in color, with a greatly reduced “center hole” compared to Imperial Star. Plant size and maturity are the same as Imperial Star, but overall choke uniformity is superior.
