This variety has tall medium-dark green stalk and foliage with an upright and compact growth habit.  Plants grow to 30” tall and produce moderately ribbed smooth stalks 10-11” long to the first joint.  Good heart development.  Strong roots.  Tall Utah is tolerant to some strains of Western celery mosaic virus.  Plants will bolt in cold weather.
