85-90 days. This unique variety produces fruit 8-12” long x 5-6” in diameter that when cooked yield delicious spaghetti like strands of creamy-light yellow flesh. 85-100 days. Ready to harvest when skin color changes from cream to buff.  Can store up to 6 months.
