Steven Elrod

Steven Elrod answered an ad in the local newspaper in 1989 when Tom Tolman was looking for help with his growing business.  He was hired on his birthday that November and began working in the seed conditioning mill. It was hard work and on the first day he went home for lunch promising that it would be his last day! Thankfully 33 years later he’s still with Condor. He learned all aspects of the business from the mill to the fields and became the company’s first Production Manager. He developed deep knowledge of the agronomics in the Desert SW area and has developed close relationships with all the Condor growers. We are glad to have Steven as part of the Condor team.
