Sango

2-5 days sprout, 10-15 days micro. Sango has deep purple-burgundy colored cotyledons and reddish-white stem. It is the darkest of any of the red sprouting varieties. They have a spicy taste rich in nutritional substances and only 17 calories per ¼ pound serving.
