35 days baby, 55 days full size. This very uniform high yielding hybrid variety has a fully erect growth habit. Mature leaves average 14-15 inches and are bright green in color. Dark red top shaped roots have no internal zoning and a high sugar content of 12-15%. It is highly tolerant to Cercospora Leaf Spot and moderately tolerant to Downy & Powdery Mildew. Used for topping, bunching, processing and pigment extraction.
