75 days from transplant.  Sweet Italian frying pepper with sweet mild flavor. Light, yellowish green medium-walled peppers that will turn orange, then dark red when mature. Though classified as a mild pepper, some peppers will occasionally have mild kick. Peppers grow up to 5″ long on productive bushy 30″ plants. Peppers are about 2 – 2.5″ in diameter and 3 lobed, tapering to a blunt end. Everbearing. Used in Cuban, Puerto Rican, and Dominican cuisine. Low water content.
