Beit Alpha Op

55-60 days.  This variety is very popular in the Middle East and is used for both salads and pickling.  Fruit are straight, medium-green, slightly tapered toward the blossom end and have very fine black spines.  Fruit size averages 5-6” x 1.5-2”.  Vines are vigorous indeterminate.  Resistant to CMV and MMV.
