Sorrel Large Leaf

16-25 days micro, 35 days baby, 60 days full size. Sorrel is a hardy perennial plant that produces long narrow tender succulent green leaves with a slightly acid tang or lemony flavor that adds zest to salads.  Leaves grow up to 8” long and can also be cooked like spinach or used in soups. Leaves can be harvested over a long period of time. Remove flowering tops to keep leaves tender.
