12-24 days micro, 28 days baby, 55-60 days full size. Dark green shiny mildly savoyed leaves with red veins and bright crimson stalks make this a decorative variety.  Plants grow 20-24” tall.  Tasty unique flavored leaves can be used fresh or frozen.   Adds rich color to salads and excellent for cooking.
