Very tender, narrow, beautiful magenta colored stock and midrib.  Leaves are medium dark green and nearly smooth when young and slightly crumpled at full maturity.  Heat tolerant.  Magenta Sunset adds beautiful new color to salads.  Height is 21-24 inches. (Note: Expect a small percentage of green plants)
