35 days baby, 60 days full size. This dark red, top shaped beet is tolerant to bolting. Mature leaves average 12-13 inches and are green in color with a little red. No internal zoning and a high sugar content of 12-15%. It is highly tolerant to Cercospora Leaf Spot and moderately tolerant to Downy & Powdery Mildew. Used for topping, fresh market bunching, processing and pigment extraction.
