22 days baby, 45 days full size. This faster growing new variety of wild rocket is similar in leaf shape and color to the common variety but is more vigorous outgrowing it by as much as 25% allowing first harvest to take place 4-6 days earlier. It has the same pungent taste so favored in most Italian dishes.
